For carriers, MGAs & wholesalers

Answer loss-run requests from your own data.

Your team answers the same request hundreds of times a year. On loss.run, requests that pass your checks are answered automatically from claims data you upload, and the rest are held for a person.

How it works for you

Your rules. Your records.

01 · upload

Claims data, on your schedule

Upload claims data monthly, or connect it. It stays in your own InsureBio vault and is used only to answer requests that pass the checks.

02 · check

You decide who gets an answer

A request is answered instantly only when the agency is agent of record in your own book, or a signed authorization naming that agency is attached. A broker-of-record claim alone is never enough.

03 · answer

Fewer emails for your desk

Everything that doesn't pass is held for a person, with the reason. Every answer is logged and sealed on InsureBio.

Not on loss.run yet?

Requests still reach you, the way you like them.

loss.run sends to every carrier through its listed channel: email, website, fax or your own form. If you'd like requests to come in a different way, or want your loss-run desk details corrected in the directory, tell us below.
